I refuse to read anymore stories about how Bush, Cheney, or Rumsfield FUCKED us in Iraq.
I refuse to read anymore stories about how the Democrats do not have a plan for Iraq.
Someone give a fucking plan, an idea, an alternative, something to SAVE OUR ASSES IN IRAQ.
Yes they lied, yes they fucked up, yes we need a plan, BUT WHAT PLAN??
Stop talking about the given and start talking about the future.
So many people have died, so many people will die. Now is not the time to complain, now is the time to fix the problem.
Yes I understand that to find a solution to a problem, one must examine what is wrong. But those are not stories I am reading.
I want an answer, some answer, something. Does it exist?
There are only two plans I can think of with my non military mind.
a. Cut and Run- yes lets leave the Iraqi’s to die. Lets have more history of a war with no purpose. Lets destroy the whole region and let them hate us more. Hey, but at least we save our own asses.
b. Throw in A WHOLE LOT MORE TROOPS in there- thats going to cost more money and more troops? Do we even have the troops to add to the region? Do we know how many troops are getting recalled? How many army recruiters are failing at their quota’s? We would need to initiate a draft. Draft= Political Suicide. Billions more money would be thrown away. More people would die. Would that even work?
Regardless of my sarcasm, I prefer B to A.
