Barak Obama (D-IL) will be announcing his decision to run for President on Febuary 10th in the symbolic Springfield, Illinois. And sources say that he has also “frozen out” all of Fox News (reporters, programs, journalists) because of their apparent slanderous reports that Barak was raised muslim and attended a “madras” when he lived in Indonesia…(I think Jon Stuart covered this one pretty well)
Joe Biden (D-DE) finally announced he would be running for President in 2008 as well. This, of course, was overshadowed by Obama’s announcement (mentioned above) however he did have these nice things to say…
